3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their website and SEO goals, grant necessary access for audits and reporting, and refrain from requesting or approving link building tactics that violate search engine guidelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring their website content complies with applicable laws.

4. White-Hat Practices

All backlink acquisition conducted by Backlink SEO Services adheres to white-hat methodologies consistent with Google Search Essentials and major search engine webmaster guidelines. We do not engage in link schemes, paid link networks, automated link generation, or other practices designed to manipulate search rankings.

5. Intellectual Property

Content created by Backlink SEO Services during an engagement—including outreach copy, research reports, and strategy documents—remains our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which specified deliverables transfer to the client as outlined in the service agreement. Our website content, branding, and proprietary methodologies remain our exclusive property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information, strategy documents, and performance data shared during the engagement, except as required by law or with written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of active campaigns after written notice.

8. Disclaimers

SEO outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond backlink acquisition, including algorithm updates, competitive dynamics, and on-page optimization. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Past performance referenced in case studies does not guarantee future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backlink SEO Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement per the terms specified therein. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client whose requests violate our white-hat policy or applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
